My window for service was 8 am to noon, the repair man came at 3pm and when I ran a dry cycle this morning, my dryer was doing the same thing that caused me to call for service.
Trey C. was amazing and took time out of his busy schedule the following day (Saturday) to complete our repair. I am so grateful for his work.
Horrible experience! I agreed to the refrigerator service because they were already going to be here for 2 other repairs. They rescheduled the refrigerator service and expect me to take another day off for this for something that was booked “because they will already be there”. The tech was clueless to repairs and didn’t even touch my over. He looked at it and told me to contact LG for them to repair it and still tried to charge me the service fee.
