I contacted Sears repair because the Maytag repair could not come out for 2 weeks, and I was without a washing machine. Sears was able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue. It wound up being more for the repair than the cost of a new washer, but the technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly and was very professional.
Just totally pleased with our appointment today! Loved our technician, and look forward to his help in the future.
The tech did not do anything except google what he thought might be wrong with our cooktop. He didn't do one thing for a real diagnosis.
