I called to have my dryer checked as it was not heating properly, I was having to run the dryer twice if not 3 times for a load, also my vent catcher was making a noise and not sitting in the slot correctly. The Sears tech came out (8-11-26) , I had to tell him the issue that was going on. Unfortunately, my experience with Sears Appliance Service was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on the service I received. The technician who came to my home did not complete the work to an acceptable standard. The experience was so poor that my husband ultimately asked him to gather his equipment and leave before the job was finished. We then had to hire another company to perform the work correctly.
