The repair person did not show up to the appointment and there was no communication at all.
Outstanding Technician Service!
Worst service- they came out 3 times and always ordered the wrong parts. We had an appointment scheduled for the 8th and they no showed. Then told our warranty company that the job is complete- yet my fridge is still broken. I understand why Sears filed bankruptcy-
