Do not use this company in the Lowcountry! I believe Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah all share the same technicians. First, I had a very unprofessional technician come to fix our fridge. He complained about the company the entire time and told me how much he made, how poorly they treated employees, etc. He had to return a couple weeks later with the part.
