Do not use this company in the Lowcountry! I believe Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah all share the same technicians. First, I had a very unprofessional technician come to fix our fridge. He complained about the company the entire time and told me how much he made, how poorly they treated employees, etc. He had to return a couple weeks later with the part. Was woken at 725am by app saying Tech was on his way and we were second stop at with Tech arriving at 8:09. Tech called at 8:30 am and told me we were his last stop of the day and didn’t arrive till 5:22 pm. We were told up front that we had to be home from 8am to 5 pm. I took a day off of work to make sure i was home. Extremely poor customer service to insist on a 8 hour window and then not make it in time.
He was great even though he couldn't fix it. We have to keep putting oil and lemon juice in it or affresh
