Service was professional and friendly
My stove cooktop got repaired but my washer is still not working. I told them lots of water gets deposit under the machine when i tried to use it they want more money come and check it. The technician came 4 times and the problem is still there. I dont know what to say more. Before the repair there was not water leakage outside the washer. It was an internal problem they increased the issue.
AI is not helpful technician was good
Arnold was great and he walked me through what was happening with the repairs. He repaired my snowblower and gave me some pointers on seasonal maintenance. He is an asset to the Sears Home Services crew. There should be more like him.
