He was great and he walked me through what was happening with the repairs. He is an asset to the Sears Home Services crew. There should be more like him.
Re: Service Order Number: 13349877 on 2/19/26 I was billed for $150.99 and told that the part required to repair my Snapper snowblower was not available so I paid $150.99 for nothing. By the way, I found the required part on line in five minutes. This is the reason that it will be a cold day in hell if I ever use Sears Home Services again. Dick Langenbach
