The repair of my gas dryer was as easy and as pleasant as could be possible. The scheduling was at my convenience and VERY timely. The repairman gave me a heads up on when he would arrive, and then texted me as he was on his way to the house. On arrival he was outgoing, very efficient in the diagnosis of the problem and fully informative about what was wrong and how he would fix it - on my approval. Very prompt and reliable service . Fixed my issue immediately.
I paid 1400 dollars for my kitchenaid refrigerator repair and my refrigerator is still not working. Technician came and he didn’t fix the problem. He just left. He came two times. This is the third visit and the same technician came two time and nothing done in my refrigerator is still not working. such a poor service and the AI system sucks
