Explained everything clearly, answered questions, friendly, & worked quickly and efficiently!
Fridge went out a month ago. This company was suppose to fix it through the extended warranty I purchased. They have now canceled 3 times for "unforseen circumstances ." You can't talk to anyone except a call center in India and they can't help you at all. Absolute worst experience I've had with a repair company and I advise everyone to stay away!
