The Tech was very nice . But the company it's self is the worst. It took them a month to replace the motor in my 24yro dishwasher. It would have cost less to give me a new one . The tech said that AHS didn't want to replace it if it could be fixed even at the same amount of money. The Sears company that was fixing it lets their AI make and change appointments for them and they refuse to set a new appt. in one or two days it has to be in one or two weeks.
Joseph arrived within the appointment window and was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the repair and cleaned afterwards. The process was completed in less time I anticipated.
Joanna was great, however Assurance did not authorize her to order the parts needed, so my oven remains unrepaired. So as of now Assurance is a one star.
