Fixed my washing machine Took a minute but after all parts were received Finally repaired
Our service repair tech, Enrique, was great. Very helpful. Excellent service.
Technician was great and very knowledgeable. He explained what happened and process. Was not really happy with appointment time and updates. We were scheduled from 8 am to 12 pm, technician should up appropriately 12:45pm. We received no updated on delay or explanation for delay. I feel better communication would have been better.
He was so professional worked super quick and my dryer is back up and running. Thank you so much for all the help
My built in refrigerator isn't dispensing water. The technician determined it is a plumbing issue and not the refrigerator. I asked him to leave the appliance out so the plumber I called could get to the water line. He ignored me. This technician was not friendly or helpful. The plumber charged me $200 to pull it out again. I will not call Sears again.
