Great service! It took 2 weeks to get parts in, but otherwise, the service team was excellent.
Jacob was very knowledgeable and very efficient!
Appointment was easy to arrange online. Fee of $129.00 is required but waived if you move forward with repair. Technician looked up part and said Sears didn't have it. He didn't offer Sears looking for it for us. Quick in and out. Disappointed. Scott was nice, it was the service we found to be lacking.
