Appointment was easy to arrange online. Fee of $129.00 is required but waived if you move forward with repair. Technician looked up part and said Sears didn't have it. He didn't offer Sears looking for it for us. Quick in and out. Disappointed. Scott was nice, it was the service we found to be lacking.

Sears does not service Thermador. The associate came in looked and confirmed Sears does not support Thermador and charged us.

Terrible service. For the first assessment, they canceled 3 times our appt. Then, when the technician, finally, came he ordered the part and he scheduled the appt for a Saturday. The appt got canceled, and they did not let us know. We found out through the website and they never gave a reason for the cancellation. I called all the numbers and you never get a live agent. It is an AI agent which will not help you in any way. Even called the number Sears provides on these reviews and it is the same AI agent.
