Scott did a great job, but I had to wait over 4 weeks to get the work done. Parts were ordered on the 7th of July and received on the 11th of July. I was not able to get an appointment until 30 July 2025. Call your service, and I got an AI customer Rep who was not able to answer any of my questions about why it would take so long to repair the Dryer. Would highly recommend Sears Appliance repair ! Excellent service! Jermaine was amazing! I want to mention why use Sears. They are a reputable company. I used freedom appliance repair prior to Sears. They charged a lot of money. They didn't fix the problem correctly, lost hundreds in food. Wish I knew then Sears could tackle my ikea refrigerator/freezer. I now know and have learned my lesson. Couldn't be happier with the service Sears did! Will always use them from now on. Will definitely recommend to people. Thank you !
