Very knowledgeable and respectful. Explained situation clearly
Came and provided estimate I paid for the parts and deposit, they ordered parts and scheduled return. Parts came, another tech comes and says wrong parts and they won’t fit. Not one guy was in a Sears marked vehicle, or Sears uniform, or even a wearing a Sears ID. They tell me it will be at least another week and they will provide a new estimate. I cancel the order and request a refund. He takes the parts but doesn’t leave me any paperwork and goes. “Was everything completed satisfactorily?” Uh…. Not even close My property... read more
Great service! It took 2 weeks to get parts in, but otherwise, the service team was excellent.
