Very professional very pleasant
Scheduled a repair for Friday by 5p. No one arrived and they automatically rescheduled us for Monday (today). We made sure not to leave the house all day so we would be here in the 8a to 5p window. I hear the dog bark at 4:02- no knock on the door, no doorbell. My husband grabbed the baby, walked down the stairs, and the service tech,Todd, was already driving away. Tried to call in to have them send him back only to reach an AI who can't patch you through to a real person and kept offering to reschedule. So I can sit around ... read more
