Our Dishwasher does not have water coming in, the guy touched some buttons following the manual, checked the water pipes, and told me the control board doesn't work, and wanted to charge $700+ to repair it. One day later, I found the dishwasher is leaking, which is a new problem.
Very professional and courteous. Technician completed task, and asked if he could provide maintenance services to washer, dryer, oven, fridge and other appliances in the house, which I greatly appreciated the technician asking me. Well done Sears Technician!
