They showed up when they said they would work fast did a great job very friendly no complaints I needed my dryer repaired they diagnosed it ordered parts when the parts arrive here they showed up and install them

The tech did a fantastic job fixing my clothes washer!! I have been using Sears for my appliance repair for over 20 years & have never been let down. I have Protection Agreements on everything & will continue to do so!!
It took over 10 phone calls and multiple parts shipments that did not solve the problem. In order to have a technician come to fix the problem, I had to take a day off work. When the technician did come, he fixed the problem in 45 minutes.
My technician David F arrived on time after he called me to tell me he was in route. Very professional. Answered all my questions I had. Requested him to service my dryer. After parts arrived he came and repaired dryer. Will request him in the future
