Very curious technician
We scheduled service with Sears through Bodewell Assurant to investigate a loud humming sound coming from our GE Cafe fridge. The technician stated he was positive the sound was coming from the AC fan and replaced the part. After replacement, the sound was still present but the technician left and closed the case. We called the technician to voice our concerns but were told the AC fan was the only plausible cause and that we should check if we still have warranty through GE.
