Desmond the technician was great and communicative. The company as a whole is horrible. No people work there only AI generated messages, text and phone. they delayed my original appointment with out telling me because they ordered parts, but when the tech came he had no parts! he ordered the part again, rescheduled me for the next day, parts place didn't have the part. after he made many calls, they finally found the part so he was able to fix the washing machine. since it's only AI crap, no one could provide answers! Excellent job by tech. Very professional
Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. I was very annoyed that he was required to leave the old part at my house. It turns out the did not work, and another try was needed. The Customer Service for Sears Appliance Repair is really terrible. First, I had to deal with a Bot to ask for the repair person to return. I made an appointment, but Sears cancelled it which without notice. Although the Bot told me a Video appointment was not required, I was forced to have it anyway.
