Very friendly and prompt service. He was professional and searched to find the problem with our dishwasher. It was a good experience. Would recommend!
The technician told LG that my model and serial number didn’t match the work order so they said they were going to cancel the request. I had to send them pictures pricing him wrong but this delayed any further action by another week of no laundry! Very wreaess and unfortunate because I have to go buy a new one now. He also told us it could not be repaired and now LG says it can be repaired so yet another delay. LG now wants to order parts and try a repair.
