Absolutely the worst service ever! We’ve had two technicians out to fix our refrigerator, the first time it wasn’t really even broken. It just needed the auto defrost to be fixed. The technician left and our refrigerator promptly stopped working. We had another tech out today and he claimed he fixed it but it’s still broken and you cannot get a human being to save your life. Absolutely the worst.

The technicians were fantastic! However, your customer service and scheduling process could use improvement. I was scheduled for a service, but no one showed up for two consecutive weeks. Additionally, my refrigerator was out of service for two months.
