We have had a Sears home warranty for over 30 years. This last year we experienced extreme difficulty in getting service calls. Our appointments have been canceled 3 times in the last 2 months. ( repairman not available) We waited and took time off work for no shows. The tele-conferences are a joke. After waiting the alloted time nobody calls.
