The 1 star review is not for the technician who was great. The 1 star review is regarding the process. It has taken 2 months and 6 visits to get my washing machine repaired. The sears AI scheduling system has got to be one of the worst systems available and there is no way to get a live person on the phone. I don't even know where to begin, but here are some of the issues. 1- we had a scheduled appointment on Wednesday 13th August.
