He was very thorough and fixed the ice maker.
Sears repair technician denied repair because a "technical bulletin" had been issued by Maytag on my washing machine and washing machine part. I called Maytag to verify case reference # 24905408 and was told no "technical bulletin" had ever been issued on my washing machine or washing machine part.
James was great. Down to earth and efficient. Figured out our issue immediately.
Great job James!
