Very professional
Tyler was very accommodating and friendly. I needed my double oven glass doors in between cleaned. He was very patient and did a good job.
Tyler was very professional and helpful. He explained the problem with the washer/dryer, and what we can do to prevent the problem from recurring. We were very pleased with his help.
The techs were prompt and courteous. However, We are not happy that having provided the make, model, and serial number prior to the appointment that the company didn’t inform us that the machine’s parts were no longer available! That was conveyed by the Technician. Had the company researched the model and serial numbers prior, and informed us as to the unavailability of parts for this model, we wouldn’t have pursued the appointment! No repairs performed!!
This was an extended warranty repair on an LG refrigerator. Kevin, the tech, was professional, courteous, and great at diagnosing the problem. The fridge is working again. I am very happy with this round of service.
