The technician was very polite and professional.
He was outstanding and very knowledgeable and kind
I got NOTHING. The technician told us the Main Board was out and it would be a week before the part would be available. The tech left to go to another job. I called local person. He came out, found a Bad Relay on the compressor. Replaced the relay. Refrigerator is working now
