Sears has rescheduled a dryer repair under warranty contract 3 different dates and no one has ever showed up!!! We’re canceling our renewal and going with a local company.
My fridge went out and they were scheduled to come out a week later. Took the day off work and they send me a text that they couldn't come out. Can't get ahold of a real person so I was rescheduled for the next week. Got another text at 4pm that, once again they're not coming out and now I have to wait 2 more weeks. So I will be without a fridge for a month. Unacceptable and their customer service is the WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!
Mike was very nice technician, but having my washing machine machine repaired was very frustrating because Mike is not allowed to have the parts on his vehicle. I had to wait for Mike to order the parts and have them UPS to my house. It took about 2 months to fix my washing machine. Mike absolutely knew what he was doing to fix it and he did Eventually fix my washer. Fortunately, for me, my machine was still on warranty. So I did not have to pay for any of the parts and service.
