We had some issues with our appliances under warranty and had these guys come out to do some repairs. The work was good and it was pretty easy to get it scheduled.
He told me he could not fix my problem. Took a picture, to send to head office. Will update later with the results if it gets fixed or not
Scheduled for service from Saturday, noon to 5. Received a phone call at 3pm that technician would be here in 10 minutes. Waited an hour & half for technician. Called the service twice to complain he had not arrived. At 5:30 I called again and found out that technician had canceled the appointment without telling anyone. Rescheduled for Tuesday...they refused to schedule for Monday even though the washer was full of water and laundry. I was told that I would be scheduled as the first call of the day, around 7am. wonderful service. it's not too often that I would give a high recommendation, but I am now. I will definitely renew my contract with Sears.
This is an old store, but not bad. Service can be pretty good.
