Clay installed a new compressor, something previously installed when the refrigerator Was new over 10 years ago.now that the refrigerator is old but still under warranty, Clay immediately knew a repair was only possible with a new compressor. Good on him. He didnt waste time in making this repair permanent. We are so pleased to be able to use this appliance again!!

Dryer worked fine while the technician was here. The first load of laundry my wife put in the dryer it did not heat. the next Technician could not work on dryer because washer was on his repair order. Assurant from GE is not a friendly company they use AI and it is a total waist of time. Save your money and just pay for the repairs. They ordered parts and came back installed them. The dryer still doesn't dry the clothes. After two one hour cycles the clothes still aren't dry. Five service calls later and the dryer still only... read more
