I will not be using this company for appliance repair again. I was without an oven for several weeks longer than necessary and not once did communication work as intended. The technician failed to communicate his actual arrival, and did not call to say he was at my house 2.5 hours earlier than Sear confirmed over phone 30min prior. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient
The technician was pleasant, competent and we had no issues with them. I have the warranty plan so the repair which would have been over $700 was free. That part was great too. My only complaint was the wait time. Much of the system is AI and that’s not a good thing. It overbooks appointments causing delays. It took over 3 weeks to fix our washer. First, we had an appointment on a Wednesday then it moved to a Thursday then it moved to a Friday that Friday he came and decided he couldn’t fix it because he needed parts so part... read more
