This review is not about the technician, Michael, he was fantastic. This review is in regards to Sears Home Services AI assistant and how you are absolutely unable to talk to a person at Sears. On March 5th 2026 I called Sears to have a repair person come and fix my microwave. My microwave is a combination oven and microwave.
