Luis did a great job repairing our dryer. It’s the AI scheduling that needs to be fired! I got notification stating that he would be there at 1. My husband took off from work early. About an hour later it said 4:12pm ETA. Luis arrived around 4:50pm. This is not the first time. I had a 1-5pm window for a previous appointment.
