Michael is an awesome technician so smart knows what he’s doing. He is really efficient gets the job done. So glad to always have him service my appliances.
Technician was friendly and on time. He diagnosed the problem just by looking at the part that broke (the on switch), and said they no longer made that part. He said maybe I could find it on line somewhere. The appointment lasted a couple of minutes. He did not offer to do a general check of the dryer while he was here. I'd give him a "C".
Very good work; he was professional and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about how to fix the washing machine.
