The repairman visited my home 5/12/26, he order a part for the washer which was delivered on 5/13/26. It took seven rescheduled appointments by Sears Appliances Repair to complete the job. The reason for the rescheduling was the were waiting for the part to be delivered despite several calls to the customer service to alert them that the part had been delivered. The repair was not completed until 5/26/26 and not until canceling the contract with Choice Home Warranty the company that hired Sears Appliance Repair. I will never... read more
