He was very nice and informative.
The repairman was good (pump replacement on a washer/dryer combo machine). Did a good job, fast, made sure to call before to let me know he was on his way here, and explained everything well. There was a little issue with planning appointments, they'd offered to move the appointment up a couple days and then forgot to cancel the original days appointment. So not really a big deal. All in all it was good service.
Patrick was very polite, hard working and efficient.
