On time for appointment and we're now awaiting Lowes for reimbursement for a replacement washing machine. Super helpful and professional.
John worked efficiently and fixed my refrigerator quickly. The Sears Repair process was nice. They tracked the repair part shipment and even moved up my appointment once they confirmed parts had been received.
Horrible customer service. The laundry machine stopped working on November 26th. The soonest repair appointment was December 4th. However, the technician never arrived and never called to reschedule.
