Technician showed up early, which was appreciated! He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Could diagnose the issue right away. Showed me things about my refrigerator. I didn’t already know which was great! Overall, a great job.
Kenneth was very nice. He was unable to repair my cooktop. He did not know how to make the adjustments. I googled it for him and what I found didn't work. Under warranty .
