Sears Home Service is awful. The technician Submitted a service report that he serviced my washer and had me to sign it but it was for the dryer not the washer. Now, I’m told I can’t have service on washer. I was taken for a ride paying over $1300 for appliance coverage and the company that I purchased appliances from has closed down no longer in operation- AMERICAN FREIGHT.! The service done for my fridge was completed well by the technician.
Peter and trainee were very good. Pinpointed the problem and gave great explanations of options for repair. Thank you.

Technician was excellent. Arrived when he said he would. Was very thorough and gave us an honest review. We elected to not get the appliance repaired due to repair cost.
