Worst customer service ever. Bought a Kenmore washer 18 months ago and the entire agitator broke off. Called Sears repair and they want $384 to repair which is ridiculous in itself. They tell me they’ll order parts and scheduled an appointment for a week later. I check their website and it shows parts are in and my appointment scheduled for 10am-2pm. No one shows. I had numerous appliances checked with my Sears maintenance agreement. All the tech's were very nice and they gave me helpful hints to get thing running smooth. Highly recommend!
My dishwasher has been broken since March. They've replaced every part under my warrenty agreement twice spending 3x as much as the dishwasher was worth. 10 trips to my house (during which they will only give me a M-F 8am-5pm window) later and waiting on the go ahead to replace my dishwasher since it has met their "lemon" clause of 4 repairs with parts within 4 months. They've misfiled paperwork, dropped my calls, put me on hold for over 30 min at a time and still no end in sight. No one has "the power" to make a decision. I... read more
I have always had a great experience with Sears from Garage Door tune-up to repairing appliances! I had no heat in my dryer, called and made an appt. The tech called when he was on his way, and arrived as promised. He had the part in his truck, and was in and out in half hr! He was cery informative and cleaned up after his work! Thank you Sears!!!!
My parts were ordered 12/28/16 to fix my washer, it got repaired on 02/02/2017. I spent a total of five days off work to get the repair done. After the third day of waiting for service I was promised a $50 check which I never received.
I highly recommend Sears Service! The tech called when he was on his way. He was professional, and very informative about my dish washer and repair. He cleaned up and left no mess!
