Martin is the guy you want to diag and repair your appliances. He's very thorough, he was dispatched after the original repair didn't fix the problem, he tested the part that was replaced and found nothing wrong, after giving him the symptoms and info that I collected when the appliance would fault he knew what to check right away and found the problem, order parts, and scheduled the repair appt.
