Still not cooling as it should. Needs more work. Don’t want to pay another 100 dollars to fix what should have been fixed.

Martin was here promptly and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem.
This is the 6 or 7th Sears service representative that do not know how to follow instructions. Instructions include for them to contact the property manager that is on site; to gain access and move things around if needed. We have also provided Manufacture and Model#; but none of the technicians can figure that out. The AI system is horrible; no information is passed along; we get the same AI calls asking for the same thing. Horrible experience and what a waste of time. No one at Sears wants to repair the machine. Zero stars... read more
