Rubin was professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and why. He also explained what would happen if what he did did not solve the issue. Fortunately what he did worked.
Came on time. Friendly, infomative, fixed the problem. Very nice person. I'm very pleased with the work.
Had sears home services come to fix my gas dryer,technician was not even here an hour and charged me 300.00 for labor. REALLY??????
Our service person was helpful and nice. However, I won't use Sears again. We had our washer/dryer serviced for maintenance three weeks ago and our dryer just stopped working. Called service and had to replace a thermal fuse. Spent $150 on maintenance and then $350 to fix our dryer three weeks later. They do have a 30-day coverage of repairs but apparently not maintenance. And $350 for a fuse? Nothing but scam artists.
