We were kept informed about John's arrival. He is knowledgeable and efficient, explaining the repairs needed. His recommendations were very helpful.
The technician was prompt, efficient and experienced. He communicated the problem and solution and provided follow-up recommendations.
Overall service was good. I did not receive a call from the Technician prior to him coming. However, when he arrived, he was courteous and professional. He determined what he thought the issue was with my washing machine, however the estimate to repair was over $740 with NO guarantee that it would fix it!. I could buy a new washer for that price! I appreciated his honesty. I had to pay $125 for a 30 minute diagnostic & sadly, still have no washing machine. The washer wasn't even 10 years old. I would have given 4 stars, but ... read more
