Service guy John did a great job.
John was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks for the great service.
I asked the tech if the problem was really fixed and he assured me it was and he said he stands by his work. Just hours later it has stopped working again. Now I have to be uncomfortable again til someone can come back and after Monday I will not be able to be home for the technician.
The tech did a great job and was very professional.
