persons was very nice but when I saw the price of the part and labor only after the job was done. labor was 5.75 times the cost of part. the rating if for the person doing the repair not the company. Never talked to a human except the repairman.
He was very polite and showed me what had happened to make the washing machine stop working. I will call again if I have any further problems. Thank you
