The technician was very knowledgeable about my product and very friendly. Upon his complete inspection machine was in good shape and he put all my worries to rest.
Horrible, horrible company. We've been trying since June 8th to have someone look at our dishwasher (for an issue supposedly repaired 9 months ago). HSA contracts with Sears for repairs. Major mistake. Sears has pulled 2 no-shows when I was actually able to make an appointment. Now Sears AI states that no appointments are available. So they're telling me that no appointments exist between now and the end of time? Ok. Run away from HSA and Sears as quickly as you can.
