Abdul was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and represented your company extremely well. He earns 5 stars without hesitation. My issue is with the service coordination process and the inability to speak with an actual human being. The AI chat experience was, frankly, painful. He was able to put the parts in properly and obviously knew how to do that but then he just left after putting the parts in. I was not home at the time and my husband just let him go, I personally think that he should have stayed and tried to start a load of laundry to make sure that the machine worked properly before he left just because you put new parts in the machine doesn’t mean that it’s quite necessarily 100% work properly afterwards, and in this case, it did not, so now we have a new service call for another technici... read more

Very disappointed in my Sears Kenmore gas dryer repair service on 7/9/26. Repairman (Mohammed) said the problem was a timer assembly. I purchased the very expensive timer assembly with labor (cost $676.39). Mohammed said he was 90% sure this was the problem because the timer was not sending power to the igniter. On July 7/13/36, the installation repairman, (Abdul), did not even know why he was here. I had to explain to him what the problem was and asked him to refer to Mohammed's notes.
