Edit: their response below is just "call us back to reschedule" lol never going back, pathetic. Scheduled for Monday. One guy arrived, said he didn't know what the project was (scheduler didn't give him any details) and couldn't do it by himself. He rescheduled it himself with a partner to come on Wednesday. I got several confirmations Monday, Tuesday, and even Wednesday morning. Come Wednesday afternoon - no word all day, and then a cancellation 15 minutes before the end of the window. I won't be trying again.

He really couldn't find the problem. It worked for him will try running it tonight. Tech stated if we have the same problem to call back there will not be a charge for return other than that nothing was done really. But he was nice and polite
