Excellent tech.
Kris was wonderful. He’s done repairs for us and is professional , courteous, personable on time and talented in what he does. Made sure the NEW replacement heating element in the lower part of the oven preheated properly and was spot on temperature wise. You can see the old element that was literally broken in pieces that needed replacing…..Bosch oven is 10 yrs old and actually didn’t get used more than 2-3 times a week at best. Thank You Sears… I’ve been a client of your SERVICE for 20 + years and will continue to be!!!

I was quoted a price of $1200 dollars for parts to fix my washer thst only cost $800 new! I declined and paid my service call fee. When I received my invoice days later it was a completely different price! I have tried all day to contact a real person at your company and only get an AI robot who is no help. I will never use this service again.
