The serviceman from Sears who worked on our Maytag dryer arrived on schedule and was efficient and courteous.
Terrible Customer Service. After five appointments fridge still not fixed. The first problem is they do not have enough workers to cover this area. Only four cover this area and during the summer one is always on vacation. So when you have a problem and call to make an appointment you may have 5-7 days before anyone shows up. The problem is found and they have to order a part which will take 5-7 days. The fridge still doesn't work so call and make an appointment and serviceman will be out in 5-7 days.
