I would NOT recommend Sears. They are too big of a company and don’t care about their customer service. It took me two months to get this dryer fixed. No fault of the technician all the fault of corporate. You cannot reach an individual. It’s all done by AI. And AI has no understanding. Sears is really missing the Mark. They had no time slots in the beginning. I guess you do not want my business. You have an AI chat bot that is strangely rude and speaks so fast that I could not understand it when I called. I requested to speak to a real person and it refused to get someone for me.
