The leaking water from my fridge was fixed, however he indicated it was a useless piece to my fridge that he removed and stated it didn’t need to be replaced, but it was the water line to the ice maker and now my ice maker doesn’t work.
Scam alert!!!! After 5 minutes of looking at our refrigerator, we were told that we would need a new $2300 door for a crimped wire. We declined at the cost of $150. After calling someone else, it was fixed by replacing the motherboard for $240. I tried to get a refund for the misdiagnosed part. My request was to go to the billing and I was to hear within 3 days. I never heard from anyone. Never never never will I use these people again!!!!

We contacted our warranty company and gave a description of the issue. They assigned it to Sears. I received a text from Sears asking for a model number and description of the problem so that the tech would be prepared with parts and I complied. Then I received a second text with a link. I was then asked for a description of the problem and a picture of the ID plate. I complied. An appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later with a 9 hour window.
