Service tech did a good job but did not show up until several hours after scheduled time.
Excellent service. Provided complete details of our refrigerator. Very knowledgeable.
Excellent service on my central ac—addition of Freon to the system will keep me cool and lower my running costs! Trevor did an excellent job, from diagnosis to complete, needed repair. He was very pleasant to work with, very thorough, and very professional. I feel very confident in Trevor’s work in particular and in Sears service in general!
The second time that they sent a tech out. Still our A/C is not fixed. Would not recommend!
On May 20th 2026 I had an appointment with a technician from Sears home services to look at my refrigerator that was not keeping my freezer frozen It was currently working I just needed them to run a diagnostics. My appointment was a between 9:00am and 4:00 p.m. the technician showed up at 6:00 p.m. I was currently on the phone with a representative who told me that once they left to give them a call and they would credit me the service amount.
