This technician knows what he's doing he's a great asset to his profession Sears need to keep him before he go into business for him self, good employees are hard to find. Help! Calling customer service is a nightmare. First, there is a language gap. I constantly had to ask person to repeat what they were saying and to slow down. This caused me to be told that I was not listening, and they would not continue if I continued to interrupt and they will hang up and require me to call again.
