The washer had been working perfectly, but one day after the wash cycle finished the end of cycle alarm was not normal and the washer wouldn’t start again. Unplugged and called 800-469-4663. Had to “talk” to a virtual agent. NO WAY RO TALK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON! Had to repeat phone number and email NUMEROUS times to make “her” understand.
