great customer service and technician Nicholas did a great job
I scheduled a repair appointment for today between 1-5pm. Estimated arrival time updated around 4pm to 5:30 then shortly after to 6:06. The arrival time has not changed on my details and it’s 7:20 as I am writing this review. I called the store and there is no option to talk to anyone to ask for updates on arrival time. He did a great job. First American Home Warranty wouldn’t let him do all the work my dishwasher needed, but he was great with what little they would let him do.
