Following some unavoidable scheduling problems, my tech arrived right on time, did his assessment and relayed pertinent results to me immediately. Very pleasant, very polite.
Brian Turner recog I've the problem and fix the problem that before tech did not. He also help on my service fee because of the first tech did not complete job properly. We are happy with Brian Turner and got my business back up and running.
The repair guy was fantastic. And he came the next day. Only issue was it was late (my time was 1pm to 4pm and he didnt get to my house til almost 7pm). I couldn't get in touch with anyone so basically just had to wait. But the guy was nice and very helpful.
We have a problem, it has been over 8 hour, the top refrigerator is cooling fine, there is nothing going on in the freezer and the ice maker isn’t working!
