The tech was great. Cheerful, competent and communicative. Sears on the other hand not nearly as good. No phone number. Chat didn’t work. Scheduled service for the 18th but the tech called today (the 16th) unannounced. I had to scramble to get back home. Very disappointed with Sears. Liked their Tech.
Sears made it easy to schedule which is a big deal when you are needing help for a second home. This was a a call under manufacturer warranty.
Eugene was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for all your service needs!
I called this business to repair my clothes dryer at my vacation rental in Cashiers. I had to make an appointment thru their AI driven phone system. There is no way to speak to a human. I tried through their online chat, and still no way to speak to a human. I accepted the appointment and waited 24 hours until the technician was in route and finally received a phone call.
