The tech arrived von time and resolved our problem quickly and securly. We were very pleased with all that was done.
The repairman was awesome per solving the issue and super nice individual though the AI answering service was horrible and the option to communicate on chat was very limited whereas you only had to choose from a set amount of options so I felt I could not communicate effectively
Eugene completed the repairs without any documentation. This is ridiculous. Eugene is a genius.
The tech was great. Cheerful, competent and communicative. Sears on the other hand not nearly as good. No phone number. Chat didn’t work. Scheduled service for the 18th but the tech called today (the 16th) unannounced. I had to scramble to get back home. Very disappointed with Sears. Liked their Tech.
Sears made it easy to schedule which is a big deal when you are needing help for a second home. This was a a call under manufacturer warranty.
