Tom made the diagnosis and went over options. Unfortunately once he left I would have to pay for another service call at 50% off the $139.00 and wait for another appt. to have the machine repaired. If I had made the decision while Tom was at the house that money would have gone towards a repair. I did not find information about a possible second visit and the dollar amount that would go towards the repair. It would have been helpful to have this information before Tom walked out the door. Was told the issue ahead of time with model number, their AI system messed up my address with no way to correct it, then he came by just to say a 9 year old machine is too old to get parts for and charged $150.
Tom C is an excellent appliance repair technician who made sure that our dryer was fixed and returned to us as promised despite a hiccup in the repair part delivery.
