August 5th 2026., the technician was not able to fix or order parts to fix our ice maker and recommend for us to look up a Samsung class lawsuit for somewhere on the internet and stated that is all he would be able to do and for us to defrost the unit as often as possible to see if we could fix it or to use a hair dryer on low to melt the possible frozen ice inside the ice maker. Many of times during his diagnosis he referred to watching videos on YouTube to assist him in the diagnosis and repair. This was very disturbing to... read more
Peter did an outstanding job on servicing my Whirlpool refrigerator ! I have had my protection plan for many years and Peter has been the most thorough and professional technician I can remember. He quickly identified the problems, ordered the correct parts and then returned to efficiently install each part , and now my refrigerator works perfectly. I am very happy !
