I have nothing but praise for Frank the serviceman who came to help with problem I was having with my snowblower. He was knowledgeable and shared some tips with me on the snowblower of which I was unaware. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and personable....Thank you Frank!!
SERVICEMAN WAS PLEASENT BILL CAME TO $400 FORT A RIDING LAWN MOWER PURCHASED IN 2011. wHAT BLEW THE WHOLE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE CALL WAS AT PAYMENT TIME - NO VETERANS DISCOUNT - WHEN I CALLED TO INVESTIGATE WHY SEARS DOES NOT APPRECIATE THE US VETERAN (HANDICAPPED WITH 36YRS MILITARY SERVICE) I WAS TRANFERRED TO THE PHILAPINES AND WAS TOLD NO vET DISCOUNT ALTHOUGH AS i UNDERSTOOD HER SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS??????/ HOWARD HURST
the tech could not duplicate the error code, so he checked the wiring and left, but not before he recited some Bible quotes and told me of his violent temper. I was very uncomfortable when he mentioned how he once held a knife to a fellow soldier's throat. BTW the machine is still having the same issue. I have another appointment for repair tomorrow. Sears has been to our home 5 times and did not show a sixth. Three different technicians have showed and they have not been able to fix a leak of the door of our front loading washer. I've scheduled yet another repair visit...To be continued.
The service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful! Prompt too. No complaints, just praise. Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised after service calls I had several years ago! Much improved service. Thanks Sears!
