Bob did a good job. The snow blower runs noticeably smoother and quieter. I'm still not sure what Sears "Preventive Maintenance" actually covers...but I specifically requested the oil be changed and the spark plug be replaced. I also noticed one of the Shear Pins was missing and Bob replaced that as well. If I had not spoken up, the oil and spark plug would not have been changed and the Shear Pin would still be missing. Andrew was lovely and knowledgeable. Your customer service is terrible. Can’t get a live person. Had appt for Friday set up by the technician they never called never showed up. Then get text that appt is for today. Finally my dryer is fixed. I will never use your company again and I will be all over social media to get others to use another companies as well. The 1 star is tor Andrew. You are a terrible company with horrendous customer service. Shame on you!!
