Timothy was great. Communicated about his arrival. Ended up being a quick fix too.

Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, considerate. And dedicated to the job at hand. I hope not to have any more Repairs, but if I do I hope that daniel will be the repair man.
Ai scheduling is a joke and a complete waste of your time. Made the out of state 4hr round trip to meet technician at the agreed upon service window (3 days prior to service date) only to be stood up with no calls, text, smoke signal..... nothing! We had to call Sears to find out what's going on only to have a robot tell us it had been auto rescheduled for later in the week. No possible way to talk with a human.
