Polite and detailed explanations
Replace the wash pump. But did not reinstall the dishwasher to its proper location left the front kick plate off. Bent up the mounting hardware under the granite countertop so unable to secure it. It was over $350 for labor and could not even reinstall the dishwasher to how it was.
Very professional, friendly and nice. Appreciated the extra effort put in to make sure we were taken care of.
