I had an appt today and starting at 8am I was "next in line". at 3pm I was still "next in line" and there was no way to confirm if it would actually happen today. This is for a tenant occupied home and reliability is the most important thing in the process. Wouldn't dream of considering another appt with them.
The technician was professional and explained everything clearly.
Nico did a great job of advising us about the problem with our washer. He was very knowledgeable & helpful in making our final decision of what to do about the suggested repair.
