Scott The Technician that came to my house to as amazing! Due to the issues, and length of time , and the times service order for as cancelled i would never recommend Sears warranty service..
Although it took longer than expected because of the parts being ordered the technician was awesome. He was polite, punctual and informative. He was thorough in his explanation.

Do not trust this provider. After I decided to cancel my repair order, 10 minutes after the parts were “ordered” I was told I cannot cancel a parts order. I called 2 times and nobody could help me. All calls directed to the Philipines and their call center people have zero power . They said I had to wait to receive parts before I could cancel and request a refund.
