Washer broke AGAIN for the millionth time shortly after the repair guy left. This has been a complete joke dealing with Sears repair. They have been out here 5-6 times trying to fix the washer and we just continue to have the same issue. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and have been waiting all day only to find out someone canceled it. I left a positive review last week but now I'm changing it. We're still having issues with our washer and had to file a claim again and another appointment scheduled for the millionth time. This is the third time trying to get it fixed for the exact same issue. I've been waiting all day, having taken the day off to wait for someone to show up and fix it. I get a text shortly after 3pm saying they have to reschedule. I tried calling the repair place and they claim to be strictly A.I. supported with no live agents to talk to. ... read more
