The repair man came in and went straight to work inspecting the washer and gave me the report that the parts broken were no longer available. Trash the washer.
Called on Tuesday evening technicians here on Wednesday morning before 830am. Terrence and Chris were very efficient and honest. Terrence told me exactly what the problem was and gave excellent information.
Tyler did and exceptional job and explained everything well! Very informative and friendly.
