This has nothing to do with the gentleman that fixed the stove. Sears dispatch is awful. Always changing dates and canceling appointments. Shouldn't have been more than a week, 6 weeks later someone finally fixes it
Our technician was top notch and his work ethic is unmatched. The automated system of text alerts is useless as tits on a fish. The TECHNICIAN was awesome, prompt, organized, dependable.
