We had a good experience to handle a Samsung warranty repair for my new Bespoke All in one washer/dryer. The original appointment was able to be moved a couple days sooner. The problem was able to be diagnosed very quickly and thankfully he, Patrick, had with him what was needed. We were up back and running with the one appointment! The bad part, now I need to catch up on my laundry LOL
Pat was a tremendous help. He is so knowledgeable and fixed my refrigerator with ease. He was very respectful and friendly. Very pleasant to work with.
