Jim R. phoned beforehand to let me know when he would be arriving, then arrived on time, and then did an excellent job of figuring out the problem with my LG washing machine. So I certainly can recommend Jim for repairs. I also was very pleased with the excellent Sears AI system for setting the appointment.
Jim was courteous, quick, and professional. Excellent customer service all around :)
He deserves a zero. Didn’t do anything. Wouldn’t even enter our house to look at the cooktop.
