Greg did a great job servicing our refrigerator. The "gasket" was leaking and he replaced it quickly, and left a clean workspace afterward.
the service man was prompt, very friendly and professional. He was very helpful in that he reconfigured the dishwasher drain to reduce odor in the washer. he also recommended a dish washer produce to help keep the machine clean and free of soap build up.
Worst service ever. Do they know anything about customer service?
