Technician came out and I was charged 129 which I was aware and fine with that. He told me it would be 740 dollars for a heating element for a dryer!!!! I declined to get it fixed. Ended up paying 130 to get it fixed and had to pay sears 129 just to come out. Now I’m receiving a bill that I haven’t paid the 129! I have proof I paid it and it was due the day he came out. I would not recommend to anyone.
The tech was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the tech. However communication about arrival time of tech was horrendous. Started the day with an automated call stating the tech would be there between 8 and 10. 10 am passes, no tech. Used link to track tech, said 11 to 1225 now. At 1 received a call from Sears asking if I would be interested in a maintenance plan. The tracker now said 8 to 5. Checked again, said 310 to 4. Tech showed up close 4.
