Matt the technician was great. the process with the AI sending me appts. But when I called in , there was no record in the system. The parts were not ordered but I could not reach Sears through their AI Bot and NO Way to reach them . There new system “Needs a lot of work” AND they need a real person to intervene when their AI program Fails as it did in my case on three occasions Very Very very frustrating
Tim is a fabulous technician with a vast knowledge he utilizes to make the repairs. The washing machine is back to its normal operation and this is very much appreciated. Thanks Tim.
