Steve was very punctual and efficient with the diagnosis! Everything went so smoothly from the 1st visit to the parts ordering and final visit! I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!
Only paid for the service call. Cost of repair would gave been .more than buying a new one.
Technician was good, but on the other hand, on the website it says that there's a $140 diagnostics fee that will be "waived" onto the repair fee if the customer decides to go through with the repair, which sounds like a good deal, so I decided to go through with it. Once the repair technician arrived and we discussed what needs to be done and how much it would be, I mentioned the waived fee and he expressed how awful Sears is for MISLEADING their customers with using the term waived, because in reality that is not true at al... read more
