Glen was able to quickly diagnose the problem and was also kind enough to show me a work around to help solve my immediate issue. But the quote to repair was way over! The part was quoted close for $400 but retailed for less than $200. It would have run me close to $800 - at that point I might as well get a new washer. Will be repaired by GE for less, but really appreciate Glenn and he represented Sear well :)
Ken was very communicative snd clear in what he could do and what was wrong with the appliance
